Upon your arrival in Narita Airport, you’ll be greeted by your designated tour guide at the airport. They’ll assist you with your transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Begin your day at the captivating Ghibli Museum, where you'll encounter Studio Ghibli's legendary creations, including Hayao Miyazaki's personal workspace and original sketches. Afterward, dive into a shopping adventure at Nakano Broadway, exploring its array of vintage anime and idol shops spanning three floors.

Next, immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Akihabara, fulfilling your otaku cravings with visits to the UDX Building, Kanda Myojin Shrine, and themed cafes. Conclude your day with the excitement of Tokyo's largest Pokémon Center in Ikebukuro, a must-visit destination for Pokémon enthusiasts.

Then, we'll explore Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest temple complex, highlighted by the iconic Kaminarimon Gate and its towering red lantern. Stroll through Nakamise Street, offering charming shops with Japanese souvenirs. Concluding the day, we'll ascend Tokyo Skytree for a stunning 360-degree panorama of Tokyo's sprawling cityscape.

Embark on a journey from Tokyo towards Mt. Fuji, witnessing the scenery transform from lush greenery to expansive lowlands and captivating cloud formations. Weather permitting, we'll pause at the renowned Mt. Fuji 5th station to admire the grandeur of the peak.

Continuing our expedition, we'll head to Hakone, a cherished hot-spring retreat nestled in the verdant slopes of Hakone National Park. Experience the awe-inspiring landscape with a scenic 20-minute ropeway ride from Togendai to Owakundani. Amidst this active volcanic zone, formed from Mount Hakone's ancient eruption, you'll encounter hot springs and thermal rivers enveloped in sulfurous fumes, with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji

Prepare for an exhilarating journey on the iconic Shinkansen bullet train, reaching speeds of up to 300 km/hr. Our accommodation for the night awaits at the serene Grand Mercure Lake Hamana Resort & Spa, offering a chance to relax in the therapeutic waters of a traditional spa bath and indulge in a lavish Japanese Kaiseki banquet dinner.

After breakfast, visit the Koka Ninja Mansion. This historic residence, once inhabited by ninjas, boasts clever traps and devices designed for both defense and escape.

Next, journey to Miho Museum, a stunning architectural creation by the renowned architect I. M. Pei. Situated amidst natural beauty, this museum showcases artifacts from various ancient civilizations and is named after its founder, Koyama Mihoko. Celebrated for its architectural brilliance, the Miho Museum holds a distinguished position among the “1000 Places to See Before You Die”.

Our itinerary then takes us to Kyoto, a city rich in history and culture, miraculously spared from the devastation of World War II. We’ll explore the scenic and historic Fushimi district, home to the iconic vermilion-hued Fushimi Inari Shrine. This architectural marvel features a mesmerizing 2.5-mile (4-km) pathway lined with torii gates, famously depicted in the acclaimed film ‘Memoirs of a Geisha’.

Immerse yourself in the allure of Arashiyama district during our guided tour. Begin by leisurely exploring Tenryuji Temple, famous for its captivating rock landscape garden. Wander through the enchanting bamboo grove, passing quaint shrines, tea shops, and traditional residences, leading to the picturesque Togetsukyo Bridge over the Hozu River.

Next, visit Kinkaku-ji, the renowned Golden Pavilion, adorned with shimmering 18-karat gold leaf. Originally constructed by Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu in 1397, this three-story architectural marvel exudes timeless elegance.

Experience the tranquility of the Green Tea Ceremony, a serene ritual once exclusive to the elite, now hosted by a Maiko apprentice Geisha for an enhanced cultural encounter.

Conclude your day in the captivating Gion Geisha District, where ochaya teahouses line the streets, offering exclusive entertainment by Geisha and Maiko, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

Our adventure begins at the renowned Kiyomizu Temple, renowned for its stunning wooden stage and panoramic views. Then, we head to Nara to admire the awe-inspiring Todaiji Temple, housing Japan's largest wooden building and a magnificent bronze Buddha statue. Don't miss the serene Nara Deer Park, where visitors can interact with over a thousand Sika deer roaming amidst tranquil surroundings.

In the afternoon, take a drive past Osaka Castle, symbolizing Japan's unification. Our day concludes with a stroll through Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, a bustling district renowned for its neon signs and vibrant atmosphere, including iconic landmarks like the Glico Running Man and Kani Doraku Crab.

1. Reservation, Deposit, and Payment

1.1 The deposit amount required for reservation are already compute in the checkout page here for most of the Group Tour and Private Tour Packages. 1.2 Tours organized by third parties: Amount as per their Terms & Conditions 1.3 Payment of deposit doesn't confirm the tour. Minimum group size is required for confirmation. 1.4 Full payment is due twenty-one (21) days before departure or one month before during peak season. 1.5 Your payment indicates acceptance of the Tour Booking Terms and Conditions. 1.6 Additional deposit may be requested for immediate ticket issuance. 1.7 Top-up deposits for ticket issuance are required without prior notice; failure may lead to tour cancellation. 1.8 Amendments after ticket issuance incur the same fee as cancellations.

2. Cancellation by Customer

2.1 Cancellation must be in writing or in person to avoid confusion. 2.2 Cancellation fees apply based on days before departure: • 35 days or more: 100% of minimum Deposit Amount • 15 to 34 days: 100% of minimum Deposit Amount or 50% of tour fare + Taxes, whichever is higher • 14 days and below: Full tour fare + Taxes 2.3 Fees apply if air-tickets are issued; insufficient deposit requires additional payment. 2.4 'Working days' are Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. 2.5 Administrative fees apply for Free and Easy packages if travel documents are not issued. 2.6 Cancellation of one customer in a shared room may require a single supplement charge.

3. Cancellation by Wolo

3.1 The Company may cancel tours due to low subscriptions or unforeseen circumstances. 3.2 The Company is not liable for contingent costs due to cancellations. 3.3 Alternatives may be offered; refunds are subject to conditions.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No refunds for unused services or changes after tour commencement. 4.2 Refunds processed within twenty one (21) working days via bank transfer or credit card. Service fee may applies for overseas clients. 4.3 Air ticket refunds subject to airline processing times and conditions.

5. Amendment to Bookings

5.1 Changes incur fees as per cancellation policy. 5.2 Minimum fee of $250.00 per person per amendment applies. 5.3 Postponements are considered cancellations. 5.4 Changes must be made at least fourteen (14) days before the tour.

6. Amendment to Tour Itinerary by Company

The Company may make minor changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Extension of Stay / Deviation

7.1 Subject to availability and confirmation before ticket issuance. 7.2 Cancellation fee applies if extension/deviation cannot be confirmed. 7.3 Additional costs for extension/deviation are borne by the Customer.

9. General Matters

9.1 Accommodation, meals, and tour specifics are as stated in the itinerary. 9.2 Special requests are subject to availability. 9.3 Baggage, meals type, seating, and motor-coach explanation can be found or ask in the group whatsapp chat (Pre departure briefing) before departure. 9.4 Single Room Supplement and suggested excursions outlined. 9.5 Flights and pricing policies detailed.

10. Responsibility

10.1 Customers are responsible for proper travel documentation. 10.2 The Company reserves rights for changes and cancellations. 10.3 Customers must follow instructions and comply with guidelines. 10.4 Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing.
