Wolo Travel Pte Ltd (“Wolo Travel Pte Ltd”, “Wolo”, “Wolo Travel”, “we” or “us”), incorporated in Singapore (UEN:202325030R), owns and operates www.wolo.sg website (the “Site”) which provides the following but not limited to, services such as Ecommerce, Marketplace, Livestream of travel related tour packages, products & services. By using this Site and our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use (“Terms of Use”) without any reservations, modifications, additions, or deletions.
“Customer”, “you” means the person placing an order.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our site. It is advisable for you to visit this page periodically as your continued access to the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

Our website offers languages translation plugin and currencies conversion plugin. If you have any complaints or disputes on any promotional offers, discount vouchers / coupon and/or any incentives of such kind; you may contact us at contactus@wolo.sg. In the event if the complaints or disputes cannot be resolve, the final decisions will be made by Wolo Travel Pte Ltd management team.
Refusal of Service
Wolo reserves the right to immediately refuse of all services should we have grounds to suspect immoral, unethical, illegal business practice or the information given to Wolo are false, inaccurate or incomplete. We will also refuse of all services in these scenarios (a) disruptive behaviour of customer, (b) abusive languages use of customer on any of our contracted employees and (c) Safety reasons for both customer and our employees.

Wolo provides a secure online sign-up system for our services. Payments are made through our 3rd party payment gateway provider. Your credit card information is not collected or stored with Wolo Travel Pte Ltd.
